Our Services

Modern therapeutic massage encompasses a broad spectrum of modalities and techniques that can be used to effectively address your tension or discomfort. The foundation of my professional training includes traditional Swedish massage, Neuromuscular therapy, and Myofascial Release. I utilize techniques from all of these modalities depending on your body’s needs and your personal preferences.

  • The modality most people associate with massage in general. Gliding, kneading, friction, and gentle stretching, a full-body pampering perfect for those seeking relaxation. For a comprehensive full-body session, I highly recommend 90 minutes so that each area of the body receives dedicated time and attention.

  • This therapeutic modality focuses on addressing deeper layers of tissue and muscle with slow, heavy, targeted pressure. For those looking for relief from chronic pains and tension that can develop from repetitive use injuries. Targeted 30 minute sessions can effectively address a singular problem area. For 60 minute sessions, I recommend 1 to 3 areas of focus. For 90 minute sessions, 2 to 4 areas of focus.

  • This modality focuses on addressing the fascia, a continuous sheet of connective tissue that surrounds and supports every organ, muscle, bone, nerve fiber, and blood vessel in the body. Holds are long and subtle, contacting areas of restriction and waiting for them to open up. This modality is best suited for 60 and 90 minute sessions, as it requires time and patience to be effective.

  • This modality is rooted in Eastern medicine traditions that aim to address the flow of energy (chi, qi, ki) that travels along pathways in the body. Points along the feet and hands correspond to all the major body structures and organs, and gentle stimulation of those points is believed to aid or improve the flow of energy to the corresponding systems. A luxurious 30 minute hand or foot massage.

  • A spa-worthy addition to any 60 or 90 minute session. Heated basalt stones are used to warm and apply pressure to the muscles with a variety of strokes incorporated into the session.
